i want to turn off receiving fax on my canon IR3030
how to do that??
Press (Additional Functions)[Communications Settings]
[RX Settings] under <Common Settings>
From the RUI, take the following steps:
1) Click on Job Status.
2) Select Receive Fax Job.
3) Click Receive Mode (this is in the upper right hand corner).
4) Select Memory Lock.
5) You will then be asked to enter a memory lock password. Enter the password.
6) You will then be given the option turn memory lock on or off.
ONCE MEMORY LOCK IS ENABLED, NO FAXES WILL PRINTED UNTIL IT IS TURNED BACK OFF.
or--
1. Press ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS
2. Select SYSTEM SETTINGS (login if needed)
3. Select STORE/PRINT WHEN FORWARDING
4. Select PRINT IMAGE (make the desired selection)
ON [default]
FOR ERROR ONLY (the received documents would only if the forwarding condition fails) OFF (the received documents will never print no matter what)
5. Select OK

i have 2 IR3030 both are installed at 1 location, both have a fax on them and there is only one fax line which connected to them. now i want to do send/received fax on 1 copier and on 2 i just want to send a fax only not receiving.
i check from RUI there is no receive mode on fax received job
In order to be able to receive Fax/I-fax documents in memory, you must set Use Fax
Memory Lock or Use I-fax Memory Lock in Memory RX Inbox Settings (from the
Additional Functions screen) to 'On'.
