    [Error Code] iR-ADV C5045 scanning error #751

So I have seen a few threads in this forum dating back awhile with people having the same error however what my printer is doing is a little different.

I can scan to the following directory fine:

    \\MHIAV202\Staff\Scanned Files

    But this directory I cant:

    \\mhiav202\staff\Scanned Files\Patrick

Now I thought that it was just a simple permissions error but no...

I have tried giving full perms to Everyone still doesn't work.
I have tried using a different user account, doesn't work either.
I removed the spaces and all the capitals I still can't do it.

Its really odd because I can scan to the directory above it without any issues however we don't want everyone scanning to that one folder as it gets filled with a lot of crap.

    *edit*

I forgot to add that the share is on a Windows Server 2003.

    #751
make sure you have backslashes and not forward slashes

can be caused by software firewall.
    turn off and resend scan.
set up exception if that works

I am using backslashes and there is no firewall turned on.

I didn't fix the issue exactly.. I just got it working on one of our 2008 servers so rather than screwing around I will just do that instead.

-The folder on the computer is not properly shared.
