Ir8070 slow respond

Hi, one of the Ir8070 getting weird. The touch screen is in slow respond about 3-4 seconds when we selecting any option on screen. The touch screen calibration is fine.
There was a same case happen on Ir3300 when the touch screen was in very slow respond about more than 10secs. It was a failure on 128mb SDRam.
Should i change the touch screen glass before checking the PCBs part? What ya guys think?
