blurred image due to misplacement of laser write start position

    Dear Mr.teckat and friends,
Today I faced the problem with IRC 2550i, after replacing drum Black, I got message E067-102, the error couldn't be reset by Clear error on service mode, then I tried to reset DC control, ok, this Error disappeared. but now I faced the problem with blurred image. I checked with PG test 10, I found misplacement of laser write start position of Cyan, please find my attachment.

    Thanks

did u do a DCON CLEAR or a REG CLEAR ???

never clear DCON or RCON without having or printing out a P PRINT settings sheet

Can u put in your DCON numbers from the original P PRINT SETTINGS Sheet
    /Door Label

    Try this >>
problem can be resolved by clearing out the Registration Data stored in the DC Controller.
To clear the data, perform the following.

Enter Service Mode: Level 2 > Copier > Function > Clear > Reg/Clear. Highlight Reg/Clear and press OK.
After performing the clear, reboot the machine and perform a Gradation Quick Adjust and then a Full Gradation adjust.

    Note*
Following the instructions above could prevent you from having to perform a DC-CON clear, and inputting all DC-CON values from the door label.

yes, before clearing DC CON, I also had the feeling about the value in DC con, but I thought it's impossible to get P-print while E067 still exist, I had input the 8 values for laser parameter CMYK attached on front cover, but still failed. I plan to get P-Print from the other machine with the same type on monday coz it's my holiday, if still failed I'll execute this >> Enter Service Mode: Level 2 > Copier > Function > Clear > Reg/Clearwhat do you think? any suggestion?

FEEDBACK : What a funny, I came to the machine and check PG type 10, result = OK, I didn't do anything..., Last activity after resetting DC cont was re-enter DC Cont paramater for Laser..., but result was as you see in my first post (misalignment Laser write start position). operator said, He never shutdown the machine..., I'm afraid the same issue will appear in the future....
