my canon IRC 3220 problem is machine sometimes panel blank when print and no copy come out. when i switch off and on machine again sometime ok. but after use it again same problem will appear.. can i know which parts have a problem?

on power off/always follow shut down procedure on control panel
open back of printer/
remove memory dimms/
clean ends/
re-seat/
power up/

Hi Teckat, I also facing the same problem and I have done the step you mantion above, replaced the distribution pcb and the machine still the same, Am I need to replace the Memory Ram?

hello, at some point it seems to me that I had that problem, in one machine the problem was in the accessory connectors (paper feed trays and the adf) in that connection set associated with the duplex motor, I chose to disable the duplex.

Blank screen is also related to the main mainboard, RAM or SDRAM memory of the mainboard.

Hello, did you clean the main controller assembly, clean memory and sub pcbs boards (hdd, scan, print, etc) with a white eraser.

Hello, i reseat the memory, cards , reconnect hdd. The panel goes not off but went to orange red without any information on it. This is not always at same time or same job.

Have these got a screen contrast dial, maybe it's a problem with that pcb.

Power Distribution pcb ??= relays different size voltage power to pcb's

Hello, won't it tell you any error code? I recommend you check the sensor that detects when you close the fixing unit block, the sensor is close to the fifaction unit drawer (in the same machine not in the fixing unit) it is very likely that this sensor is full of dust, to find the sensor you would have to disassemble the part of the inverter door.
If that does not solve it, maybe it is already a problem with the power supply.

kabel from power distribution i have already disconnect and then connect again... same problem...

only one time it show a code about the magenta drum this i change.
normaly the display have same color like it display errors but there is no information displayed...
