[Misc] Printing error in IR2420

i am having a machine,model IR2420,is some times not printing.if you restarts the machine,the same print comes out.We have alredy upgraded firmware.

pls suggest,if you are having any solution.

This is intermitent problem & memory clear is alredy done

Hi,

Any chance that your iR2420 IP address is also being assigned to a PC or laptop? Try perform ping with "-t" then walk back to copier to unplug network cable.

Yes, i have already checked it by using PING tool.It is not used by any other device

It may USB cable related problem..........
