iR ADVANCE 5030 Quick Menu disabled

    iR ADVANCE 5030 Quick Menu disabled

    Is there any way to enable/disable quick menu on the machine?
    The button is working, but somehow can't be pressed. So it keep staying on the Main Menu.
    The right corner button, that allows add to quick menu is greyed out.
    Anyone can help? much thanks...

      you need to login as administrator to make changes to the menus

          yep, login is done alrdy. everything can be seen, except for the quick menu.

              The problem can be solved by "settings/registration" > logging in > management settings > data management > initialize all data/settings.

              All user settings and (unfortunately) data are returned to default. The "quick menu" button should now functions as normal.

                  Wonder why was it disabled at the first place. hm...

                          Working solving this>

                          Lev2 COPIER > OPTION > DSPLY-SW: UI-CUSTM
                          ON/OFF of custom menu screen display for C5235 ....
                          ON/OFF of Quick Menu screen display for C5035.......
                          Details: Default value 1 / But be over installation new firmware is 0 / Quick Menu is not displayed
                          don't forget Turn OFF/ON the main power switch.
