What tipe of print is this? A4,A3.LTR,A4R........

Same as the other posts. Change the drum and the ITB cleaner blade. Don't forget to clean the patch sensor above the drum !

This is what you have to do
1. Change the wire (all)
2. Clear drum unit
3. Take out all the toner inside devoloping
