iR C5035 Waste Toner filling up too fast?

I have an iR C5035 and the waste toner seems to be filling up pretty quickly... toner has been replaced once since this machine has been installed and ive already had to change out completely full waste toner bottles twice.

is there a setting that effects this? and where can i find it?

Hi to all,

The waste toner bottle is given for 20k prints (reference A4 size and 5% image ratio for each color). The toner autonomy is 36K prints for black and 27K prints for the three other colors (always for 5% image ratio). From my point of view, if the waste toner bottle is filling quickly, It could be due to a higher image ratio or a bad transfer (primary or secondary or may be both) but this would result in a low density prints.
