Canon Color imageCLASS MF8050Cn Printquality issue

    Hello,

i am using a Canon Color imageCLASS MF8050Cn
I am using kompatible Toner Cartridges (not genuine Canon but rebuilt)
I have Print Color mismatch Problems. The Printing Quality is very poor due to this.
This means that the 4 Colors are not correctly adjusted to each other so that i can see ghost Images.
I have replaced the cartridges (still using kompatible ones) and started the following from the Printers menue:
    - Clean ITB, full calibration, print Color mismatch funktion, cleaning the Fixing unit.
I have checked the correct Placement of the toner cartridges.
    No Succes.
Due to the device being more then 2 years old i have not called Canon because this wont be without of costs.

    My questions:
    - Can someone send me the Service manual?
    - Does it make sense to replace the cartridges using genuine Canon ones?
    - Due to the toner cartride tray is from metal i dont think that there is a Problem there.
    - What else can I do to solve the problem?

    Every hint is welcome.
    Sorry for my bad english.

      Thank you for your answer.
If you tell me how to detach the right cover i will do this.
I dont have a Service Manual where it is described how to disassembly the Printer.

I found out how to detach the right cover but i cant see a test print button, maybe because i am using the european version of the device.
Is there a way to readjust the color matching? Can someone provide a service manual?
Does ist make sense to change toner cartridges using genuine canon ones?

As far as i can see cyan and red is not correct adjusted. Yellow and black seems okay. I now have changed yellow and Cyan cartridges and put the Cyan catridge in the yellow bay and vice versa. after having done this i tried a full adjustment again and now the yellow was not correct in the printings.
In my opinion this means that not the cartridges are the Problem but the adjustment of the Printer.

Can someone give me some Information about how to readjust the Color Placement?
Maybe a Service Manual will help too.

          thanks for every Detail.

Can someone explain me the options in the service menue?
Is there the possibility to readjust the position of the colors to each other so that i can solve the color mismatch issue?

Probably a bit late to help you but I've just had the same problem so others may benefit. I changed my paper density for a print job that needed thicker paper and it led to the same problem. I had forgotten to change the density back to my normal printing paper. Initially it printed fine but after a few weeks it started giving problems. Cyan was about 1mm out of alignment. All the other colours were aligned. I changed the paper density back to what it should be and the Cyan came right. All colours are aligned again.
