[Error Code] iR2525 E716-0000

After reading many threads about iR25XX -series E716 codes, and still not finding a solution, I decided to write a new thread.

This particular device started to act weird after 30k prints. Now it has about 45k in its meter, and it has done the E716-000 86 times!

What I've done so far:

- Upgrade to newest firmware
- Changed the Second Reverse PCB (FM4-2866-000)
- Changed the Engine Controller PCB (FM4-2864-000)

Problem is still there. What to do next, any suggestions?

Edit: The device doesn't have a cassette pedestal or finisher. Just plain engine with ADF.

Erroneous communication with optional cassette or 2-way unit
Description
After the presence of a cassette pedestal or a 2-way unit has been detected, the communication fails to be normal for 5 sec.
Remedy
1.Check the cable.
2.Replace the DC Controller PCB (PCB4).
3.Replace the Cassette Pedestal Driver PCB.
4.Replace the 2-way unit driver PCB.

When the communication with the 2-way unit is faulty after detecting the connection with the finisher.
Remedy
1.Install the 2-way unit.
2.Check the cable.
3.Replace the DC Controller PCB (PCB4).

1.Check the cable. Checked, no defects.

2.Replace the DC Controller PCB (PCB4). According to the parts catalog, there's no DC-cont; the Engine cont. PCB has been changed.

3.Replace the Cassette Pedestal Driver PCB. There's no optional cassette pedestal installed in this device.

4.Replace the 2-way unit driver PCB. According to the parts catalog, there's no 2-way unit driver PCB. The Second Reverse PCB has been changed.

Any other ideas?

check the connector Cable on Power Supply Assembly, and you may change power supply assembly for further

Check the cassette plug connector, still no luck than clear option than after MMI
