    2o18 tray full?

    hi ...i have canon ir 2018..it is equipped with feeder &finisher in the multi copying it is giving "Tray Full"message every 20.. 25.copies..sometimes after one copy..is there any suggestions?

      try to check if there's some dust on the tray sensor is the install new ?

          hi...the counter on this machine is reading 15k but it is really dusty....i will check the tray sensor then i will feed back...thank you for help
