    [Error Code] E001-0002

    Hi,

We're having 2 iR-adv6055 machines which give once in a while the error code E001-0002, followed (after restart machine by customer) by E001-0010. When resetting the error, the machine can be restarted and will run for several weeks, until the next occurrence of the same errors. There does not seem to be a jam before the error, it happens during a run. Wiring and thermistors seem OK and wiring does not seem to be trapped... Any ideas?

Look at the fixing/feeder assy connector. Are the pins ok? Is it cracked? Also even if the therms look ok . Try rpl them. Bill

Is there a crusty buildup on the thermistors?
As posterd by others, there can be problems with the connectors.
We are also having success cleaning that crud off the thermistor.
I think it might be related to the very dry web sent with the machine
