Canon IRC 3200 doesnt detect SRA3 on Bypass

    Hello!
I need to print soft cover books and i need to print on SRA3 from bypass. When i put paper (300 gsm) in bypass,i dont have the option of choosing SRA3,but only 305 x 457 mm even the paper is 320 x 450 mm(SRA3) and bypass is opened to its maximum.I opened bypass and cleaned sensor of size detection, but still the same.
    Any ideas ???
    Thnx

Thanks Teckat,i'll try tomorrow but i was thinking if i can change any value in SM mode to print on a 300 gsm paper with a high density on solid images, because it seems to be a little problem for papers up to 80 gsm to 300 gsm from bypass tray??

        300 gsm paper NO/NO

        Stack Bypass
Note the following points when using the stack bypass:
        - Paper Quantity: one to approximately 100 sheets (20 lb bond (80 g/m2), stack
        approximately 1/2" (10 mm) high)
        - Paper Size: 3 15/16" x 5 7/8" to 12 5/8" x 18" (100 mm x 148 mm to 320 mm x 457 mm)
        - Paper Weight: 17 lb bond to 140 lb index (64 to 253 g/m2)
        - Paper which has been rolled or curled must be straightened out prior to use, to allow the paper to feed smoothly through the stack bypass (allowable curl amount: less than 3/8" (10 mm) for normal paper, less than 1/5" (5 mm) for heavy paper). There are some types of paper stock which may meet the above specifications, but cannot be fed into the stack bypass-

        Irregular. Size
        You can load nonstandard paper sizes (3 15/16" x 5 7/8" to 12 5/8" x 18" (100 mm x 148 mm to 320 mm x 457 mm)).

          Solved!

Paper size detection sensor has moved a little from its place because of plastic demage.

Thank you teckat, but is there any code i can change for solid colors using heavy paper?

For example high density when prining in heavy paper.

            ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
When an image with a high color ratio is generated continuously, the density at the rear tends to become
            too low (light).
The amount of toner supplied cannot keep up with the amount of toner being consumed
