hi all

i have this bad error 004-010 or 004-0103

really i need help ...


note :-

1- i replace power supply heater
2- i replace DC controller

and still the error

helppppppppppppp.......

-Wall voltage at the wall outlet
-AC Driver PCB Assembly
-AC Noise Filter PCB in the Power Cord Terminal Assembly
-UFR Heating Element

Hi , first of all you can clear erorr in service mode . Go in service mode by pres asterisk afrer that 2 and 8 simultaneously a asterisk again and you are in service mode . Press Copier > Function > Clear > Error clear . After that turn off and on the copier .

Replace thermoswitch by a new one
Be sure to screw thermoswitch firmly. If the screw is loosened, there will be no gap between thermoswitch and the fixing roller, letting thermoswitch have an open-circuit.

i change all the section of roller and other things

Hi..
I Got the same problem. Error 004-010 or 004-103 on canon ir5075.
But one day ,after touching some cables on the left side of the machine then the machine works without any error. I dont know why the error disappear.

But after putting back all the casing onto the machine I got this error untill now,
Could you give me the pic of AC Driver PCB Assembly, AC Noise Filter,UFR Heating Element? I dont know those parts.

try the replacement of the UFR Heating Element.
Part number for the UFR Heating Element is FM2-3012-010.

Replace the main thermistor assembly(2 thermistors). They translate back and forth and are NOTORIOUS for crapping out. Also check for paper pieces jammed inside drawer connector
