    MAKE SURE U DON'T HAVE A OUTLET ISSUE/

printer needs AC not to rise or drop -/+ 10%/15% during operations / power surge or drop will shut down printer
only way to check is with a line monitor connected/w a print out

is the main printer switch tripping off ??
or are u just loosing power to printer (control panel goes blank>green power light stays on) ???

Check the connection between the Sub-Main Controller (J1303) and the Main Controller (J1209) to see if they are seated correctly. When installing the Sub-Main Controller press the connectors together, then install the standoff screws-

have u done outlet checks ?????????????

**Do not forget to check your wall voltage> especially between
        Neutral and Ground
        >Ensure that the voltage between the neutral and ground poles is 1/2 a volt or less

If the voltage is higher than 1/2 a volt, an electrician needs to look at and correct the outlet
