[Misc] iRADVC2020 not booting up

I have above MFD with progress startup loading bar getting to 1/3rd of screen and stop and freezes. Please help if any known fix.
This call is for next Monday, I have not attended the MFD yet but just thinking someone might have had it before. Thanks

Use the controller self diagnosis function.

Case A: The host machine does not boot.
Hold down the power switch on the control panel while turning on the main power switch.

Right after the Main Power Supply Lamp lights up once, it lights out instantly, and diagnosis starts.
(When the Main Power Supply Lamp lights out, you can release your finger from the Control Panel Switch.)
