    Hi to all out there...need help with Canon iR 2530

    Am looking for Canon iR2525/2530 system software to upgrade the existing version....I've got a weird problem like iR2530 is printing fine in our office location & in our workshop ( NW Scenario ) but not even able to ping at client location....well took this jerk box to different location which is close by (different client) and it prints perfectly fine ( i mean network printing ) but as i mentioned in one specific client location where it is needed, its acting weird ( ping is half duplex ) no conflict on IP for sure...installed a standby on the same location IR2020 and it prints perfectly fine....am lost. Any help would be appreciated. Also am planning to upgrade the system software and try ....unfortunately i don't have this....Would appreciate if someone could mail me on ( information2095@gmail.com).

    Also i have another scenario in different location of same ir2530 not printing from MAC in-spite all Mac related drivers installed...appears data comes to the machine but not printing....any suggestion is appreciated

              Hahahaha...nice comment dude @ manuals for you. Yes why not...( ask and you will get & seek and you shall find ) just being mum will not fetch any thing so nothing wrong in asking.....Well senior with all due respects for you, if not free let me know what would be the charge for it !! eventually problem has to be fixed

              Well with regards to second post yes its a wise idea and i do appreciate but the m/c ir2530 belongs to the client ( not a lease contract ) but clients own machine just under warranty hence got to fix it

                  What driver you are using UFRII or PCL?Are your machine install a optional PLC kit?
