irc3220 jamming

We have an IRC3220 in the field that gives intermittent jams when using the 2nd cassette tray, the jam code reads as 0101 which is the 1st tray, but it never jams coming out of the 1st tray. We have replaced the entire feed unit for tray 2, but still have the issue. Any ideas?

try swapping the new paper pick up assembly with the top one which has the letter size paper in it if i can rember that jame has something to do with the flag on tray one being worn out try it and let me know what happens
