Canon IR C5180 error not in manual 000199-999A

I have one that gives this error, but the error is not in the service manual.

Machine starts warm-up, cycles a few minutes then throws error code. Any ideas

Solution :
E194-999A code is an image correction error. This can be caused by the DC controller (IMG) and/or the ITB assembly.
Start by making sure the machine has the latest software on it. Next check the ITB assembly for worn parts and replace as needed. In this case replacing both the ITB assembly (FM2-5365-000) and the DC controller 1 (IMG) resolved the 194-999A code.

It may be possible as I am helping one of my techs from another branch, though I don't see error 194 in the manual either . So thank you very much for the info and we will proceed using this knowledge.
