I confuse easily. RX stands for receive. TX is transmit.

          1. Are you sending or receiving?

          2. Humor me, does your iR3300 have a fax board installed?

          3. I will check when I get to the office, but as well as I can remember, the iR3300 does not have a handset.

          4. IF your have the fax board installed and are sending:
          a. enter the number you are dialing
          b. enter the number of pauses (commas) required to get past the operator
          c. enter the password
          d. push START

          example: 18001234567,,,,password <START>

Sorry if I am way off base for what you are trying to do. Still have not had my morning coffee.
