I have a irc5185 spitting out blank copies. I have swapped itb all drums checked all covers are closed. There is no image on the drum I dont think the lasers are turning on. There is no image from glass or from the reports menu.
what happens when you do an auto gradation do you get any color also it could be your main controller but you will have to use your diagraham to troubleshoot and see if the remote signal is there for the lasers

blank doing gradiation adjust . I dont have a schematic for a 5185 only a 3220 I'm sure their different.
