[Misc] need to do a factory reset on a irc4080

My wholesaler sent me a irc4080 which came from a kinkos . The machine runs great BUT when it comes ready it gives you 3 chooses b&w , color, or color/b&w. after picking one of these choices you get the normal screen, also it has usend but the tab does not so up on the screen. I've tried MMI clear but this doesn't reset the machine to boot up to the normal screen. Any help will be appreciated.

that reset the usend to show a tab but the 3 choices still show up . Ive found a reset under system settings that is taking 26 minutes we'll see if that fixes the boot up screen hopefully.

resetting all system data/setting will not change the values on service mode...,

If this copier has a fiery attached then it has its own Kinko's fiery system software. If you can get regular system software it may make the screen look "normal".

I have it attached and its working fine. But no matter what i try that stupid screen that tells you to select type of copy wont go away. It does that with or without the fiery. Its not that big of a deal i can talk my way around it with the customer but its annoying .

                    Thanks for all your help

Maybe it was system software on the copier itself. It was over 3 years ago that I set up and maintained those Kinko's machines, but I do remember installing software that made the screens look like that. Hope that helps.
