    [Error Code] error code E602-003

    Please, I have Canon IR 3320 which the hard drive is bad. I replaced with a new hard drive which already programmed, but when I put on the machine is not working. Can anybody help with how to install the hard drive.

      The main reason is that version of system softwawe , boot ROM , Fax and RUI did not mach . You have to install one version for all those elements of software via SST ( Service support tool )
