hi expert,

base on below attachment, does anyone face such problem before?

i have tried run color calibration and Clear "D-Con" and re key in all value but remain same..

i did attach my drum status, anyone can advise?

I solved this problem by cleaning the inside ITB

I have replaced a compact drum (black one), how come the percentage sill high?

Will try service ibt belt later n try..

Problem by servicing the ibt belt.
