Have got a customer who's ircAdvc 2030 with inner finisher is jamming intermittantly on double sided mode. The jam code is 010D. Jam history shows jams every 2 to 3 copies and then suddenly it does 100+ with no jam. I suspect their paper may be part of the problem because each time I go in, they have just put fresh paper in and it is working with no problems. Does anyone have problems like this? Any ideas?

Check reverse delivery sensor(PS29).Probably paper just slip over reverse rollers.
