no enciende lamparas en imagepress C1+ y no sale codigo de error

not light lamps on imagePRESS C1 + and no error code comes

Good morning, I need your help, there is a copier imagePRESS C1 + that has the following problem
- Turns on normal but not light the lamps of the fixing unit
- The temperature stays below 40 degrees in the drive and never get the error code
- I checked all the equipment but nothing .... please i need your help went out randomly ahhh e0012-0001 code, but now even that out.

reviza el swich lateral derecho de la puerta del bypass o el siwch de la puerta frontal.
si es posible reemplazalos.

ok ya los reemplase , tambien la DC-COM relay pcb y nada he medido los voltajes punto por punto y solo no hay un voltaje en el conector j4001 el cual controla los motores M2 y M3 por lo demas todo esta bien .....te aviso cualquier cosa tener en cuenta que es un equipo nuevo
