IR1023 Error code E197

keep getting paper jam indication but no paper is jam. after resetting error code E197 is displayed. Can anyone advise on which specific board needs to be replaced to correct problem.

E197 0000 Printer engine communication error
Erroneous communication between the DC controller PCB and
image processor PCB was detected.
- Check the connectors of the DC controller PCB and image
processor PCB.
- Replace the DC controller PCB for normal connection.
- Replace the image processor PCB.............

make sure that your wall outlet has proper ground>>>VOLTAGE

HOT to NEUTRAL
HOT to GD
GD to NEUTRAL

GROUND= +/-0V>0.5v

Replaced both DC Controller and Image Processor and still getting error code E197. Any other suggestion?

did u check the outlet for stable voltage ???/
e197 is known issue on this model with unstable voltage-

also check Flat ribbon cable between the DC and the IP pcb
& Fix Unit

Update on Error code E197. The problem was the drum unit. For some reason after replacing the drum unit the error disappeared. Something new for your database.
