        Do you have super G3 -R1?

        In service mode, select FAX > Type > TYPE and make settings for country/region of the FAX board. This operation
        enables the parameter settings suitable for communication specifications of each country/region.(When I
        changed setting of it turn off/on the main power switch according to the shutdown sequence.
        )

        Here, the minimum settings are made necessary for FAX communication.

        Basic settings

        Here, the minimum settings are made necessary for FAX communication.
        - User telephone number
        > [Communications Settings] > [Fax Settings] > [User Settings] > [Unit Telehone #] > Input fax number >
        [OK]
        - Types of telephone lines
        > [Communications Settings] > [Fax Settings] > [User Settings] > [Tel Line Type] > Select the type of the line
        > [OK]

        Communication Test

        Carry out a communications test to see if the fax functions of the machine operate as expected:
        1) Bring up the Send screen on the control panel.
        2) Send a test original to a party capable of a communication test, and check to see if the original is sent normally.
        3) Send a text original from the other party, and check to see if the original is sent normally.

          Check, if your customer uses VOIP; if so, disable ecm and try to lower the modem speed, in addition you can try to set the country settings to "other" to open the tolerance window as far as possible
