    [Jamming] IR 105 plus-paper jam

    daer guys,
    I have some problem with canon IR 105+. paper jam in fuser with fault code jam (010B), half of paper A4 in left side of fuser and half in right side. I had this fault in xerox 4110 in that case there was problem in heatroll bearing. I changed fuser module/inverter module/ sensores like s9...

    I am Xerox technecian so I have not exprience in Canon please give some advices.

      Dear Friend,

      I checked this gear and there is no problem. also I changed fuser Ass. with another one but unfortunately the fault is still. I think maybe fuser drive mot. turn slow but I have no one to test it. sometimes this fault is intermittent. I will be appreciate for your advice.

        Inspect Inside delivery sensor (PS9).I can't post a location picture at this moment.

          As Z said, check the internal sensor arms for paper burrs.. this happens alot on high volume machines. Also :

          Check that your fuser bushes are on correctly ( both inside facing out ) and your black double gear and the fuser drive motor teeth at the front. I've had both of these fail regular.
          Oh...... I can't copy at the moment then ? !!!!!!
