Irc3220 shadow image

Hi expert,

I have a problem on this model; fonts have shadow image when doing copying.

Somehow very weired, when I copying A4r , it seem better than I copy A4. It only happen when copying colors; mono copy is fine.

I did suspect ibt belt and swap it with another unit but remains the same.

Can anyone give advice ??

Check the drum life, if it is over 200% you might want to replace it.

I have replace all the drum but compact one

Currently the status of 4 drums are 1%

I think I need to service this ibt assembly and clear dc con.

What do you think??

Somehow i don know how to dismantle ibt assembly. Anyone has the guide?
