    I believe your talking about Dept ID mode. I did enable Dept ID mode and created a quick button, but it only saves the general settings like file type, resolutions, etc. The other options like email subject line were not saved.

    you have to turn ID mode on.
    then each user can set up Personal Buttons on the Quick Menu.
    Press Quick Menu button
    Press the silver and red icon to edit the Quik Menu

    Custom email reply to/subject for each user

    Does anyone know how to require a login on the machine and then have custom settings for that user? This is on an imagerunner 4035. We have a Scanfront scanner that has this ability, trying to see if we can do this on the imagerunner.
