    [Misc] Full Auto Adjust color of magenta not completed for iSensys Canon MF 8450

    Good day Everyone,

    Kindly help me on this problem. Before the this machine need to replace "Lever Lock slide Right parts" this is the image of the parts that I replaced lever.JPG As you can see on the image there is broken on the parts. After I replaced this parts with a new one, I assembled it and going to the Full Auto Adjust Correction under of Auto Gradation on the panel. When test print come out the Magenta color was not complete on its correction. Please see this image IMG_2652.JPG. I also replaced new Magenta Drum Cartridge and isolate new ITB Ass'y but this problem is still occured. Any recommendation for this? Thank you very much, I will appreciate all your help. thanks in advance

      <Cause>

      Missing color of Magenta occurred at the time of printing image with red color

      In some cartridges manufactured between March 11, 2008 and December 15, 2008 (Lot of cartridge: 8C11 through 8L15),
      the hook (P-2) of the spring at the side of the cartridge does not have sufficient strength and may be damaged infrequently.

      If the above symptom occurs, replace the cartridge with one manufactured on December 18, 2008 or later for which the
      measures for prevention of damage to the hook has been taken (8L18).
      If it ain't broke, don't fix it

          Thank you Sir for the response, I checked the cartridge but it is up to date. 2 new drum of magenta I already replaced but still the problem occurred

              Inspect magenta cartridge contacts in printer and magenta laser shutter.
              If it ain't broke, don't fix it

                  Thank you Sir zoraldinho, I will check it, but I have one another problem. I accidentally open the Main Drive Unit Ass'y for this machine. Is there timing on gears because when I try to close it , I'm in doubt that the gears are out of timing. Do you have idea on this? I already checked the manual but I can't find the timing for the Main Drive unit. thank you
