Control Panel Inverter - Canon iR3245

I am replacing the inverter for a iR3245. What in anyones experience is the proper way. The service manual/NAVI does not show a cross section. I have the parts exploded view however it looks like there is a way to simple pull out the finisher and access the inverter board on the underside of the control touch panel.

remove the control panel from the machine and flip it over. take it apart to remove the board and then reassemble. It only takes around 15 minutes tops.
