I have a Canon IPF 610 that says close upper cover, however the upper cover is closed. I can't find any reason why it says to close it. Have turned it off and on several times and plugged and unplugged it several times. Does anybody have any suggestions. I have a new printhead on the way and cannot put it in until I clear this message.

It's masage for ink tank cover.Check if you have properly installed ink tanks and inspect cover sensor contacts.Practice makes perfect

It's not the ink tank cover it's the cover that you open to replace the print head. Where can I buy a new sensor to replace the old one?Comment
