Can anyone help on this.I accidentally open the Main Drive Unit Ass'y for this machine. Is there timing on gears because when I try to close it , I'm in doubt that the gears are out of timing. Do you have idea on this? I already checked the manual but I can't find the timing for the Main Drive unit. The Timing that I need to know here is inside of the Main Drive Ass'y. Thank you in adavance

Removing the Main Drive Assembly
Shift down the drive release lever [1], and remove the gear [2].

Re-mounting the main drive assembly
When mounting the main drive assembly, be sure to fit the gear [2] as shown with the drive release lever [1] in down position (i.e., with drive engaged).

At this time, be sure that the position of the gear is correct so that it is fully engaged with the gear of the drive release lever.**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.** -

Alignment of the gears in the main drive unit
When installing the main drive unit, the corresponding gears of the host
machine [A] need to be interlocked in order starting from the top of the 5
gears.
1.JPG
Following shows the procedure:
Align the gear [5]'s elongate hole [2] with the triangle [1].
Interlock the teeth of the gears [5] and [6] so that the holes [3] of the
gears will lie right next to each other.
Interlock the teeth of the gears [6] and [7] so that the holes [4] of the
gears will lie right next to each other.
