revealed yellow spill, already change the yellow developing unit, and was executed the bulletin TP11-145A-S, the problem still persists, thanks for the support.
Increasing the Frequency of the Knocking Operation from a Default Setting of "1" to "3" may help resolve the problem.
Note: Adjustment can be changed in Service Mode Setting:
Level 1>
Copier>Option>Body>VIB-Y-On. If necessary, the adjustment can be changed on any one of the Color Stations.
what is your enviorment at printer location ?
did you follow the entire tech pub instructions ????

Re: falla en la maquina ipc7000vp
I take support calls for IPC7000s nationwide, and all I hear of say the same thing. Replace the Developer Unit and restart is basically the only thing you can do.
Check your Temperature (COPIER>DISPLAY>ANALOG), if the value is too high (<40 degrees) then correct the ventilation problem or environment. The heat can transfer from the primary fuser to the Yellow Developing station, causing clumping & dumping.
