hi dear i have a problem in canon ir 71015 whenever the start button is press, there is these message show on the control panel "printing,waiting to print, copier still running but nothing print out. If i would to cancelled the print/copy job, it will return to ready what is tha problem of in tha machine if any one know about this problem plz help me,

issue can be caused by communication issues between the imageRUNNER and the Finisher. Disconnect the Finisher and disable it in service mode. If the imageRUNNER is now able to copy and print normally, check and re-seat the Arc Net Cable, T-Connectors, and Terminators on the Finisher and the imageRUNNER. Both ends of the Arc Net cable must have a T-Connector, and a Terminator installed.
