IR6000i error code

Hi everyone!

What does E000584-0003 stands for? It happened to me three times while printing. It needs to re-start the unit to get back to normal operation.

Any particular item in the finisher where the possible trouble occured? I'd like to check it myself and see if I can fix the problem. Thanks for your help.

Probably the shutter switches. Have seen wire break inside insulation going to front switch.(behind upper cover)

good day, just have dismantled the finisher assembly, I noticed some screws were not tighten properly at the tray holder bracket causing the mechanical lifting device to jam. After I re-tigthen it, it worked well and no error occured again! Thanks for your help.
