    If you change the paper type does the problem repeat itself?

    When you print photo quality the colours are laid down 'thicker' to up the quality. If the paper type isn't changed to compensate you can get cq problems.

      It is difficult to be certain what you mean by "wrinkles" without being able to see a scan of an image.

      If your paper is is exiting nice and flat than I would say you're having problems with either color-registration which is a fairly common and an easy fix if you are a repair person... essentially the rollers & the underside of the transfer belt could be filthy causing mis-registration iR3200 TP03-1.pdf;
      or could be having trouble with uneven density which applies the toner with a thick, thin, thick, thin effect -- in which case attempt the following in user mode: adjust/clean>auto gradation correction>full correction. Be sure your glass is clean before hand and be sure to use the same paper as your project.

      If these fail.. try uploading a scan of your mis-print.

      Cheers

        I have had changed the photo Paper type and size (11" x17") by (12" x18"), but when i do change it, some time it does work fine till 10 or 12 prints then the issue shows up.

          place the picture (photo) on top of
          Transparency/ close cover>

          make a copy > report back

            good point
            threw me off when poster said not on paper -but on image

            forgot about those crappy plastic coatings on fuser rollers leaving impressions on full color images> especially on photo paper
