[Misc] IRC 3380 with J1 wont print on MAC

Hello friends,

At one of our customer place we have installed IRC 3380 with J1 fiery version 1.0 its printing perfectly on windows but we installed it on mac os 10.5.7

and it didnt print anything, when we give print command its giving network busy error. we installed driver intel macos ps 1.0.hqx from canon web. Any ideas

upgrade firmware or check the driver.
