I am having trouble with an ir 105 adf. Will show jam just past entrance every time a sheet of paper is attempted to be fed. Error diagnostics say one of 9 sensors blocked. seems to pass sensor init.Have replaced S1, S2, S3. no change? Has anyone experienced this problem? would appreciate any suggestions.

sw301 could also be bad ..there is a wires that brakes going to those sensor on the ir 600 and the 105 is the same type of feeder.. it is for the sensors that move up and down to feed the paper in the doc feeder..so check to see if you have voltage to all the sensor some time it will error out so check that also... -

might have sent you a little wrong info there after looking a few more things up pi4,12,13,s1,2,3,4,5,9 could be a problem as well.. have you done a sensor int.. on the feeder if you do it will tell you witch sensor is bad...Comment
