Canon IRC2880i printing error

Hi
Have loaded latest pcl5 driver to client v8.15 and they are getting some pdf problems like printer just rebooted when file is received into print queue.
Have tried using latested UFR II driver with same effect any clues please.

model?

whats the copier model? I had that problem with an h1 image pass on a irc5180. I upgraded image pass to version 1.2 and drivers the same.
Not sure about your model, didn't say what you have. does it happen everytime?
