I have a IR 3200 and problems is all I have encountered. All my inks are full, but when I print it leaves 2-3 tiny dots on my paper (cardstock). I am having trouble with duplex printing and to top it off I am using a Mac, so from from what I have heard I am up a creek

      3200 problems

i agree, not enough info here for us to help,
what does test print 6, 10 and 12 look like.

exit door assemble at fuser, are both gates operating properly, does it have the new styple duples guide under fuser. is it jaming when duplex, or driver issue where no option is listed for duplex.

      please give more info

Honestly you don't sound like a real tech. Ink? Sorry no ink in this machine. You need to find out if the dot is coming from a drum and which one. Run PG 5 of all colors to isolate. If all look good look at the fixing unit. Look at the spacing of the dots. Curl the paper to match the dots and see what size it is. Also make sure u are set to the proper paper setting. Don't be one of the fools that tries to run heavy2 stuff out of the tray with a heavy 1 setting. I seriously doubt it is a paper setting problem but so many people screw themselves because of this so i threw it out there.
Need more info on your duplexing problem.
Macs aren't too bad. Are u using a C1? Need more info.
