Hi,If your machine has practically done what Jacky's method, then it proven beyond all doubts that it the issue with PC printed file. Had you try print another file? Receate a new file with same words to print? Printed the affected file as PDF and see it from Adobe Reader then printed?
Try this : Go to Service Mode LEVEL 2 > COPIER > OPTION > BODY > FIX-SMR = 2 and COPIER > OPTION > BODY > COTDPC-D = 2 Use of compatible Toner also can cause this.
Make a service mode test print (PG). OK test- Change driver NG-Use OEM toner
Practice makes perfect
If it ain't broke, don't fix it
A picture is worth a thousand words
If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself
I just went thru this and it was non oem toner, cleaned out all toner in dv, sub hopper and used canon oem toner and it cleared right up, you must get all the toner out odf the system

Did you try playing with the dev bias? Also if this is a copy, take off the back cover and remove the reader ribbon coble and reseat/clean. If that is dirty that can cause this problem and other random toner defects in scans/emails etc.
I also found this issue on IR3035, IR3570, IR4570, IR3245. Trying change Fix-Smr = still failed but Luckily I can solve the other (IR3570) by these factor : OEM toner, FIXIng film unit, Pressure and Bearing are smooth
