I use the copier IR C3220N color, when printing and behave pretty well (which is normal), but in a color copy (or scan) the colors do not match, such that the selected 250 colors, not full color. In fact, the copied image has poor color images printed from a computer has a normal color.Scanned image looks like this... Re: bad color when scanning on ir c3220N
Yes, I tried, as I said, everything is fine with the colors when printing. when scanning in grayscale everything is fine, the lines are clean and have a nice transition to the tones. the color is horrible like 250 colors (not high color (16 bit) or True Color (32 bit), if you understand me) ... transition between colors is sharp.....Comment

Re: bad color when scanning on ir c3220N
this looks like a glossy photo scanned on the glass/ when copying (scan)photos -it depends how the original photo was processed
it shows a / if so> to descreen (filter)> place a sheet of OHP(transparency) on glass>next place the photo face down on top of sheet>close cover> make a copy ------------
report back
or try this---in service mode
COPIER>ADJUST<MISC>SEG-ADJ
Used to adjust the text and photo separation level for text/photo/map mode.
Adjustment • To make documents more easily recognized as photo documents, method increase the setting value.
• To make documents more easily recognized as text documents, decrease the setting value.
Adjustment –4 to 4 (Value at time of factory shipment/value after RAM clear: 0) range
or
COPIER>OPTIONBK-4CSW (Used to select color mode used in photo mode.)
0: OFF (Use monochrome mode when reading monochrome documents in printed
photo or photographic printing paper photo mode.)
1: ON (Use simple color mode when reading monochrome documents in printed
photo or photographic printing paper photo mode.)
Instead of creating monochrome images in 4 colors, simple color mode applies only a very small amount of Y/M/C toner to the ITB.**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**Comment

I tried to solve the problem as you advised
no success
The first advice I can send you pictures
Second advice without success
A third advice I have not found in settings
scanned on a different scanner
with transparent foil
only images on glassComment
