I have got an ir1025 in the shop with no ability to fax out or receive them. The hook button doesn't give me a dial tone. My service telephone will dial out when plugged in the the external phone jack next to the line jack. I went to service mode and tested the relays and none of them seem to work. There was an option to test about 6 relays on the modem but there are only 2. None of the tests made them click. Any suggestions on what is wrong? There is nothing obvious wrong with the NCU board but the phone signal is getting lost. Modem? NCU? Thanks for any help. Scott
