    prints not in sleep mode

Good afternoon, I have a Irac5035 that when entering sleep mode loses its network connection, not going to print up to remove it from sleep. version of the system currently installed and 69.03. Thanks, I look forward to.

Good morning, yes already changed the mode to sleep mode so high and low, also tested some items already in service mode:
      SM> COPIER> OPTION> NETWORK> WOLTRANS
      SM> COPIER> OPTION> NETWORK> SP-LINK
      SM> COPIER> OPTION> USER> SLP-SLCT

The latter apparently had quite satisfying result, because the client does not record any request on this issue this week, the customer must return to make a new assessment.

        COPIER>OPTION>USER
SLP-SLCT == Usage setting of network applications
        Lv.1 == Details
With the setting to use network-related application, the machine can be recovered through network
because it does not move to sleep mode 1.
For this machine to recover from sleep mode 1 through network, a particular packet needs to be
received; however, the existing network-related application does not send this packet. With the
setting not to use the network-related application, this machine cannot recover from sleep mode 1
through network when it gets into sleep mode 1.
Use case == Upon user's request

        Adj/set/operate method

        1) Enter the setting value, and then press OK key.
        2) Turn OFF/ON the main power switch.
Caution Do not use this at the normal service.
        Display/adj/set range 0 to 1
0: Not used (Shift to sleep mode 1 is available.)
1: Used (Shift to sleep mode 1 is not available.)
        Default value 0
        Supplement/memo Network-related application: NetSpot Accountant,imageWARE

          Hi,

Do monitor the waste toner box closely as this setting to High would made the machine runs its internal logic to purge the CMYK Dev. Ass'y to reduce toner being flaky at it cylinder/ skimming blade area.

          Just as an advise 😃
