    [Electrical] IR3225N

    Hi,
I have an IR3225 M/C that gives an error code E001 every morning but after clearing the error the M/C works perfect for the rest of the day . In the next day ....Same issue.
I chnaged the upper fixing film ass`y but still face the same problem.

Check the voltage source for stability, if the voltage source ok, replace the fixing film unit. try another fixing film unit...

Ariel is right, start by checking the A.C mains output voltage from the outlet for voltage fluctuations, before venturing into the fixing unit. You may consider using an external voltage stabilizer if need be.

Hi, The A.C mains o/p voltage is ok.And I also tried another fixing ass`y and still have the same problem, Could it be the DC controller ? But, why once a day and only in the beginning of the day when I first turn on the m/c?

Try to verify the custmer socket voltage in the morning. It should be between 200V and 240V.
