    [Jamming] IRADVC5035 Jam code 0207

I have IRADVC5035 with jam code 0207 flagging PS42 sensor. We fitted a refurbished 3-way unit with all sensors replaced with the white connectors ones. Customer called in today saying it's still jamming. I will have to be suspecting the media in use and the environment. Just wondering if anyone has seen above jam code recurring intermittently. Thanks.

Thanks. Will check the PS37 tomorrow and let you know. Reverse sensor is however ok.

Problem solved. Upon checking jam history noted that no 0207 jam code again but 0113. Cleaned vertical path sensor(UN53) but still jamming. Found out later that customer loaded folded paper in between sheets in tray. thanks
